What a nap! What’d I miss?
Absolutely nothing
Oh… Hey Envy.
Hello, Stephen
Well good talk! Talk to you never? Okay cool!
Sounds good to me
What a nap! What’d I miss?
Absolutely nothing
Oh… Hey Envy.
Hello, Stephen
Well, aren’t you a sweetheart *smirks*
What a nap! What’d I miss?
Absolutely nothing
“We got lucky,” said Ken. ”We are the band.”
“We are inseperable,” said Kyle. ”And we do everything together.”
“Perhaps you might consider being born at the same time as the rest of your band,” said Ken. ”That seems to have worked out well for us.”
The two…
“But perhaps the singer of The Clash at Demonhead would indulge us with a cameo,” said Ken.
“We’d love to have you to sing a song for our secret show,” said Kyle. ”Name it, we will do it.”
“It will gain some popularity, for sure,” said Ken. ”For both us and you. Just come back up onstage and we can do this.”
She looked at the two for a moment and blinked a few times, was this really going to happen? Well, they asked. Envy wasn’t exactly going to give up any opportunity for a chance to sing.
A smirk formed on her lips, “Yeah, I’ll do it,”
“What song do you want to sing?” asked Ken.
“We’re ready to do anything,” said Kyle.
“Anything,” reiterated Ken. They had begun to lead her toward the stage through the guise of simple conversation.
Envy began to think for a moment, then brought up a song that she had sung some time ago.
“I kissed the lips that kissed you,” she said, her eyebrows raising.
“Let’s go,” said Ken, and they were on the stage. There was a microphone on the stage, one that Envy had not noticed before.
Before Envy could ask for some time to warm up, the music had already begun. She looked back to the twins, standing behind their booth again, and Kyle nodded toward her.
Envy walked up to the lone microphone, the crowd looking confused at what was going on in front of them. She took the microphone out of the stand and put it in her hand as she felt the twins begin to start a groove on the song. No time to warm up, this was the real deal. Time to give the crowd a good time. Bringing the microphone to her lips the music queued her to start singing, and the lyrics followed without a problem.
